Most pins are made in a 1 to 1.25 inch size depending on your department needs and the detail in the design submitted. We make the pins from brass, iron or zinc depending on your needs and plate it in your choice of metal.
CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PATCHES:
Quality Lapel Pins has been a long-time trusted source for high quality patches that are used on uniforms across the country. Like our other products, our patches are fully customizable. Our designers will work with you to find the best thread colors and design layouts to fit all your needs. We can add iron on/heat seal backing or Velcro backing for easy application to any uniform. The normal size is usually 4.5 inches for a shoulder patch and 3.5 inch for a chest patch.
CUSTOM CHALLENGE COINS:
Challenge coins for Law Enforcement are one of our most popular items. They are great for distinguishing different departments within an agency. They can be used for fundraising, retirement, and special recognition ceremonies. A typical order will utilize the badge of the agency (often as a 3D mold), the city seal, a motivating quote, and/or important figures to the department. We can fully customize the shape and size to make your coin unique and one of a kind. The normal size 1.75 inch size with silver, gold, nickel or brass plating. All challenge coins 100% custom made so you can design both sides, choose the colors and even the shape.
CUSTOM PVC PATCHES:
Our PVC patches are very popular with law enforcement special units. PVC allows for more visual depth in a design and can utilize 3D molds and printed colors. The flexible, lightweight rubber is perfect for uniforms, back packs, hats and bags. We recommend a Velcro backing for the PVC patches for the easiest application. The normal size is usually 4.5 inches for a shoulder patch and 3.5 inch for a chest patch.

We are a reliable source for sturdy, high quality police badges. With years of experience creating official badges for law enforcement, our designers are able to guide you towards the perfect fit for your department. Badges are typically made with hard enamel, 3D molds, left to right curvature, and a bullion pin on the back. They are cast from zinc or struck from brass depending on your budget. All badges are custom made so you don’t have a choose from a stock design. Our prices are typically 50% less than the other vendors.
