• Die Struck / Stamped Soft-Enamel with Epoxy (Picture 2): Are the same as above with an added epoxy coating over the surface of the pin. • Cloisonné Hard-Enamel Pins (Picture 3): Are die struck from copper with your choice of metal. All the colors are filled with melted glass or fired hard-enamel. This is the highest quality pin available. • Offset Printed Pins (Picture 4): Also called laser or silk-screen are perfect for photographic images. This process allows your image to be printed directly onto stainless steel or bronze metal. An epoxy coating is applied over the image durability. • Die Struck Antique Pins (Picture 5): Are struck from copper and plated with your choice of metal. The plating is antiqued and then buffed off creating an aged appearance. Enamel colors can also be added to this process. • Zinc Alloy Pins (Picture 6): Are molded giving you the ability to combine complex, 3D renderings and many internal cutouts in a single pin. • Speciality Pins (Picture 7): Are most commonly made in a die struck / stamped soft-enamel finish with epoxy. They include extra features such as glitter, blinking lights, spinners, sliders, glow-in-the-dark, imitation colored stones and dangles.
