Car Emblems & Grille Badges
Our car emblems and grille badges are only made from the highest quality materials. They are cut into brass in a cloisonné finish and all colors are filled hard-enamel to insure durability on the road. The badges can be plated with gold, silver, nickel, bronze, copper or black nickel. All metals are high polished and can be individually numbered on the back. The most common size is a 3 inch badge.
As with all of our products, our car emblems and grille badges can be any shape, size or design. We can work directly from your design or we have artists that can help you create a design.
There are four techniques for mounting the badges. The most popular is two surface mounting holes on opposite sides of the badge. The 2nd way is to equip the badges with two mounting studs soldered to the back of the badge. There is also the old fashioned method of extending a tab to the bottom of the badge and putting two surface mounting holes in the tab. Finally, there is also the option of using double sided adhesive tape.
