| Frequently Asked Questions I've never ordered pins before. How do I start? It's easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many pins you want to order. If you donxt have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free! I already have a design, how can I send it to you? You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others. I don't have a design, can you help? Yes, all you have to do is email us your ideas, fax a sketch or mail us a rough drawing of what you want and wexll send you a production proof for your approval before you order. What is your minimum / maximum order? We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many pins as you need. What type of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), checks, money orders and purchase orders. What is the turn around time for your products? We routinely fill orders in about 21 days. We also offer a rush service with a 14 day delivery time. Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses? Yes! We are able to ship to all APO and FPO address as well as any standard address around the world. Is there really no setup or die charge? Yes! There is no setup or die charges or any type of other hidden fees. How come your prices are so low? We sell more pins, so we are able to keep our price very low. What shape can my pin be? Any shape you want. We custom manufacture all of our products from scratch, so we can make them any shape, any size and any design. How come you offer more then just pins? Simple, our customers are so happy with their pins we have been repeatedly asked to supply other items they need. So, we have expanded our line to include belt buckles, key chains, coins, patches, shirts and more. This way you can buy everything you need from the one place you trust. |
