Our best seller; these pins are high quality and affordable. Struck from a variety of metals including iron, steel, copper or brass and plated with your choice of metal; gold, silver, copper/bronze, or black nickel. Enamel Pantone color matching is included at no extra charge. These pins use the same construction as images 1-3 but with have an added epoxy dome over the surface of the pin. The epoxy is not necessary but is offered for those who like their pin to have a smooth surface. A jewelry quality pin; a bit more expensive but worth every penny. Cloisonne hard enamel pins are struck from brass or copper and then plated the same as the previous pin finishes. All colors are filled with hard-fired enamel or melted glass. The metal and pin colors on these pins are smooth to the touch without having to add an epoxy coating. Epoxy is not offered on this finish. A classic look; antiqued pins are struck from copper and then plated with your choice of antiqued gold, brass, silver, bronze or copper. The antique finish is put on generously and buffed off leaving an aged appearance on a newly made pin. Enamel color may also be added to these pins as well as epoxy. If you have a corporate logo that cannot be altered or are looking for a photographic representation on your pin this is the pin for you. The base metal used on these pins is stainless steel, brass or bronze. Your design is printed at the highest quality on the surface and an epoxy coating seals the image to protect it. Exposed base metal can be left visible on these pins to make them really pop. These are great examples of pins utilizing a variety of metal finishing techniques; polished, gritty, sandblasted, and matte. Enamel color and epoxy can be added. The pin examples show glow in the dark enamel, movable pin parts, bobble head pins, glitter enamel, LED blinkie lights, spinner, slider and puzzle pins. Here are examples of pins using 3d hand carved molds. These can be a single aspect of the pin or the whole pin. Base metals on most of these pins are either copper, brass or zinc alloy depending on your design. The pins are then plated in any of our finishes and color can be added. These pins have both a gold and silver finish on a single pin. Two tone plating is very popular with police and commemorative pins. Die cast zinc pins are made using a injection mold process which allows us to create very intricate cutouts in a single pin. Antique finishes are not available on this style of pin. Available in any of our finishes this is a unique way to continue and recognize an annual event, years of service or an ongoing tradition. The same look can be achieved with "pin bars" that simply stack below a main pin. We also offer printing options on many of our pin finishes. This gives you the freedom to combine many different years of service while using a single pin where a raised panel is available to alter the number of years display on that pin.
